Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes. You can transfer a ticket to another person until July 31, 2020. After July 31, ticket transfers will no longer be permitted. To transfer a ticket, send an email to events@newulife.com with your name and the name, email address, and Distributor ID of the person to whom you are transferring the ticket.

How do I modify my information or registration?

You can modify your registration until July 31, 2020. After July 31, tickets can no longer be modified. To modify a ticket, send an email to events@newulife.com with your name and the changes you’d like to make.

Can a guest attend the event with me?

Yes. However, all attendees must register for the event.

Do I need to print my ticket?

It is not required, but we do recommend that you print your ticket as it may help with the check-in process.

Can I get a refund on my registration?

New U Life event registrations are non-refundable from the time of purchase.

What’s included in the National Convention ticket?

The purchase of a National Convention ticket grants admission to general admission events including General Sessions, speakers, and the New U Life Store. Leadership exclusive events are by invitation only and are not included with a ticket purchase.

Do I need to be a New U Life distributor to attend the National Convention?

No. Non-Distributors are welcome to purchase a ticket and attend the National Convention.

Are meals included in the Convention ticket?

Meals are not covered unless otherwise specified in the event agenda.

Can tickets be purchased on a payment plan?

No. There is no payment plan option.

Are hard copies of the tickets mailed?

No. Hard copies aren’t provided.

Are there ID and check-in requirements to enter the event?

To check in at the event, you need proper identification and/or your printed confirmation email.

Can onsite registrants pay with cash?

No. If the event is not sold out and onsite registration is available, a credit card is required.

Will interpretation be offered?

Yes. However, only General Sessions will be interpreted. The workshops are English only. The languages offered will be determined following the close of registration.
